HHI's Health Risk Assessment service helps uninsured and under-insured adults understand their current health risks before a preventable condition becomes a crisis. Community Health Workers provide bilingual, culturally responsive screening, explain results in plain language, and connect each participant with education, follow-up coaching, and referrals when results show a need for additional care.

Emma's Rainbow is HHI's cancer support group for Hispanic men and women living with any type of cancer, as well as survivors and caregivers. The service creates a welcoming bilingual space where participants can share concerns, receive practical guidance, and learn about screening, treatment navigation, emotional support, and community resources.

HHI recognizes that physical health and emotional well-being are connected. Community members facing stress, caregiving responsibilities, diagnosis concerns, grief, or barriers to care may need a trusted place to ask for help. HHI connects participants with counseling resources and guided discussion opportunities that support emotional health in a culturally respectful way.

HHI maintains a food pantry at its local office in DeBary, Florida. Once a month, volunteers help distribute food throughout Volusia County. The pantry is part of HHI's belief that prevention and wellness must include the everyday conditions that shape health.

HHI helps community members find the next step when they need medical, social, or insurance support. The referral service connects participants to free and low-cost resources in the community, including screenings, Federally Qualified Health Centers, medication assistance, ACCESS, and Health Insurance Marketplace navigation.
