How we use your support
As a lean, grassroots organization, we use donor support to train bilingual staff, maintain chronic disease screening supplies, and sustain weekly outreach across Central Florida. We publish our federal Form 990 annually for public review.

Online donations receive an email receipt. For tax records, retain your acknowledgment — use our legal name and EIN above. For gifts by mail, include your name and return address so we can thank you properly.
